Storage

The eggs are stored for only a few hours in refrigerated and insulated silos, which guarantee the perfect preservation of the raw product. The rinse system of the pasteurizer and storage containers are completely automated.

Delivery

Thirty-six hours after being laid, the eggs are already delivered in containers of 10 tons or in trucks of 30 tons.
