Intelligent gathering and peeling system

The eggs are gathered completely automatically in less than 24 hours after being laid. Immediately afterwards, they are peeled and divided into egg whites, egg yolks and mixed product. Then they are transported to the pasteurizing section through a refrigerated line system to maintain an optimal temperature. Every production phase is controlled by a computerized system, which is constantly monitored by a sophisticated alarm mechanism.

Pasteurizing

F.lli Monaldi uses completely automated pasteurizers of the latest generation. The system takes the eggs from the peeling section according to the actual requirements.
