Breeding

All the chicken farms are the exclusive property of F.lli Monaldi: our corporate policy explicitly excludes livestock lease. Our farms protect and follow the natural rhythm of the animals. Furthermore, they are constantly being monitored by a computerized management system which controls the ambient conditions, the amount of consumed feed and water, the number of eggs produced in the last hour. The in-house veterinarian examines the chickens’ health regularly.
